Lycée International de Londres Winston Churchill is an independent school in London offering two distinct world-recognised programmes: the French Baccalauréat with or without the OIB and the English International Programme (EIP) leading into the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

The school opened its doors in September 2015 and now welcomes 885 students from Year 1 to Year 13. Located in the splendid, historic and entirely renovated Brent Town Hall, the Lycée offers state-of-the-art facilities and learning tools where the art and happiness of learning and teaching rule.

Key Responsibilities

This role will require some evening and weekend availabilities for events.


You will have an overview of the Secondary school in this role by managing the following tasks:

  • Organisation and coordination of events such as Back2School, Open days, Careers Department fair for Year 12, Fête de la musique, Talent Show, Secondary assemblies;
  • Organisation and coordination of student annual internships;
  • General office administration: answering emails from parents and students, organising Head of Secondary's timetable;
  • Coordination of the "répartition des voeux" (student subject option) of every year group (S, L, ES);
  • Managing the school Agenda;
  • Managing the student tutoring programme;
  • Providing Administrative support for school trips;
  • Ad hoc tasks in various other departments

Essential Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Ideally native English level with fluent French
  • Ideally experience within a school
  • Ability to work collaboratively and to multitask effectively
  • Ability to manage stress and manage workload
  • Strong writing and communication skills 
  • Very strong and proven organisation skills
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritise
